Juergen is the director of reinforce, offering services in the fields of participation, mediation and negotiation. The services offered are geared towards assisting communities in obtaining consensus with the various interest groups involved in  processes of planning and environmental protection. Therein, reinforce acts a a neutral mediator assisting various parties in reaching decisions in an inclusive and transparent manner. In particular, reinforce offers consultation for communities at an early stage, thus setting the stage for successful win-win results.

Architectural practice

Juergen has gained a wide range of experiences as a member of teams in architectural practices since 2003. He has conducted urban design studies, and has designed buildings for public administrations as well as a museum, hotels, schools, large scale housing complexes and single family houses. In addition, he also conducted a heritage study and is familiar with practices of preservation.

Having practiced in the UK, Germany and as an intern in Switzerland, he has an international approach to architecture and urban design. He has a proven record of familiarity with the regulatory frameworks of planning and urban as well as architectural design. Accordingly, Juergen is an experienced negotiator with clients, consultants and public administrations.
