Artistic activities

Juergen draws inspiration from activities in ensembles of contemporary music since the mid-1990s. He has been a member of ensembles focusing on just intonation music since more than ten years. He is a member of the ensemble KlangStimmen since 2009.

Compositions comprise pieces for electric guitar and voices. Thematically he focusses on musical experiments that explore the physics and the perception of the partial-tone-series. Live performances as a member of ensembles include appearances at the annual International Festival of Experimental Music in Munich, Kunst im Regenbogenstadl in Polling, and the Austrian Fretless and Just-Intonation Festival in Schärding.
